Layered potatoes, peppers, zucchini & aubergines topped with béchamel sauce.

Ingredients:  Milk, Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, butter, potatoes, peppers, tomato, tomato juice (citric acid), garlic, zucchini, aubergines, salt, nutmeg, vegetable stock (soybeans, celery)

Allergens:  Gluten (wheat flour), soybeans, celery

Oven:
  Preheat oven. Remove lid & place in the centre of the oven.

  Fan 200°C, Electric 220°C, Gas Mark 6
  30-35 minutes

Allow to stand for 2 mins & stir well before serving. Make sure the food is piping hot.

Microwave:  Lift the lid & cook on full power.

Allow to stand for 1 min & stir well before serving. Make sure the food is piping hot. Warning - steam may be released when removing the film lid.

Defrost Instructions:  Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated & eat within 48 hours. Reheat & ensure steaming hot throughout.
